At Coffee Collective, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As all orders are roasted and ground to each customer's specification, we cannot accept returns due to "change of mind" or "don't like the flavour". 

That said, if your order is incorrect in any way (either the wrong bean, roast or grind type) then please contact sales@coffee-collective.co.uk
